This is what I'm using. A fast mode with Raichu+Azumarill to set up a Belly Drum sweep and a trick room mode to demolish everything with Tyranitar and Mawile in turn 2.
Gengar is used because no one expects it and can just get hit, live with the sash and trick room dying in the same turn thanks to sand stream.
Mawile loses to Aegislash, Ferrothorn and Amoongus which Tyranitar can beat. (You can change Sunny Day for Taunt to counter amoonguss under TR but I like Sunny Day to shit on Rain)
