Nope, N3DS doesnt change that much. It may have gimmicks specifically for it, but it wont be an exclusive.

Graphical requirements, retard. Why do you think they wouldn't use as much power as they possibly can while moving? A gimmick is one thing, but I can easily imagine a much stronger engine this time, meaning an overworld with less lag issues and better texturing. Not to mention they're likely to include SOME SORT of anti aliasing next gen, instead of the ugly mess we have now.

The 3DS has enough pokemon games, don't you think? It's time to move on, let the New 3DS take the spotlight.

Expectations are just premeditated disappointment.

In other words, shut up and go do something else until the game is out.
The only thing disappointing to me since x/y came out was that Wailords are tiny now. Yes, I'm still salty.

I hate how they get ride of improvements to the games and add new unnecessary features.

A rematch shouldn't have less content then the ten year old game its based off of.

I've been told Gen 7 is going "back to basics" which already has me panicking. Pokemon needs to either add new mechanics and keep them so that game is interesting or have an actual story. There is no innovation right now. Fancy 3D graphics are not going to save me.

There has been more and more each gen. We need more games. Besides, cutting out the regular 3DS players would be cutting out a significant audience.

I could see that being bad or good depending on what they take.

If they try to mooch off Kanto like XY did, that's bad.

But, let's think of the positives of the original games.

>less focus on story and more on gameplay

Maybe "back to basics" means "back to focusing on core mechanics instead of gimmicks." Maybe we'll get a new battle type that isn't shit like "normal battles but with only hovering Pokémon" but rather large shifts like double and triple battles are from singles or some major change in the way battles are done about.

I know that sounds like the opposite of "back to basics" but it just depends on what they mean by "basics."
