For those, who genuinely care about BF, lets focus on facts:

There are Battle Points on the trainer card. XY and ORAS share the same exact maison, yet in XY you didnt have BP on your trainer card. They couldnt just add it for the sake of adding it, because that doesnt make any sense. Only Emerald and Platinum had those (maybe HG/SS, i dont remember).

There is said in the game, that BF is an upcoming feature, but we dont know when. It could be a time based event, or some other thing, we just dont know yet, since we dont hold an actual game. Datamining will prove or disprove it quickly.

I think BF exists in ORAS, but i dont know if they redone it or just copypasted from Emerald, we have to wait and see.
