>>21806158Similar to FE, theres a certain staisfaction to eugenics. Ignoring hacked 6IV dittos, you get 2IV parents from your friend safari and then pass on destiny knot/power items/everstones to get exactly what you want.
You can grab each of your pokemon individually or you can take the time to breed 5-6IV male parents in multiple egg groups (I think you can more or less get all of them with 7 mons?) and use those same parents all day.
That's also ignoring breeding chains to get egg moves etc. There's something intrinsically rewarding to me when I plan out a complex breeding chain for perfect IVs, nature and egg moves.
