Okay, let's make this clear. Why do you think the big battle facility always happens in the final version of the latest generation? Crystal, Emerald, Platinum, BW2, some people may say 'm-muh patterns', but the point is, Game Freak is not following a pattern because they want to, but because they HAVE to, it's different. The latest installment featuring the new region has to have something new, something that justifies the purchase, it must have as many new features as possible. In an interview Masuda even confessed that they were not gonna let them make BW2 if they weren't going to change things a little more. Now, if Game Freak would decide to put the Battle Frontier in ORAS, they would just kill one of the main attractions Z or whatever we will get will have. They just can't do that. This is why the Battle Frontier is not in ORAS, not because of time limits or other stuff, but because they need something fresher for Kalos 2.0. Copypasting the Frontier from ORAS to Z wouldn't do that, and let's be frank, anything different from the Battle Frontier from Emerald remade in ORAS would most likely result in a massive downgrade if released in the same generation. We are probably gonna get a Battle Frontier (though not sure if the one we want), but not until Z, not through timed events and not through DLC. Face it.
