It's gone downhill since the introduction of megas. I wouldn't mind it if mega evolution was a gimmick for one or two Pokemon, like forms were. But now every pokemon without a mega is condemned to irrelevance.

Poison attacks are great. Clear Smog,Venoshock(situational depending on your status but rewarding),Poison Jab,Sludge Bomb both with high Poison inducing chance, and stronger alternatives Sludge Wave & Gunk Shot. The last 2 just needs to be distributed to more STAB users.

This. The high poison chance makes Poison a good spammable move choice, and the neutral coverage is quite good. Sludge Bomb and Gunk Shot are both incredibly good moves that need better distribution. Just imagine how powerful a Dragon, Flying, or Fairy type Gunk Shot would be.

Does anyone know whether Amoonguss and Crobat get Gunk Shot?
