Adventure is kinda more flat and simple, but has no great downs or ups, its just consistently enjoyable and a neat experience, also the first season.
Tamers is more complex in writing, starts out slow and then becomes a batshit murderous rollercoaster of despair and usually regarded as best, its the third season.
You can start at either, they're different universes, just watch it subbed, the English dub is beyond terrible
