So alright, let's assume Battle Frontier gets in as DLC.
What's the point of having both Battle Maison and Battle Tower in the same game?

I think it's more likely they'd make X/Y paid DLC so you can use the new megas in those games. Battle Frontier would be in a third game, if they go that route.

Battle tower forces you to fight 7 trainers in a row. Stopping makes you halt the entire game.

Battle maison lets you fight as many trainers as you like in a row, you can freely stop and do other things and come back to where ever you left off.

Honestly, the maison is much better than the tower because of that.

The Maison probably replaces the Battle Tower and maybe there might be new facility for the the Brain that was there, probably for the reason of "constantly battling one after another can be boring"
