every route im on i always catch everything. I dont think ill ever beat the game at this rate.

why do i have a bronze crown on some and a gold on others?

No idea, but if you click the bronze clown it still says you've caught everything in that route.

Just thinking about it more it might have to do with you catching them from that route. I caught everything on route 102 at route 102 and i got a gold. I caught everything on 104 other than wrumple and ziggs and i have a bronze. I have everything in petalburg but i havent caught anything here yet and i dont have anything.

I might be wrong but thats all i can think of

That sounds reasonable, that could be it. I don't know why you'd catch a new wurmple for every route just to get gold, but I'm sure people will.

Just tested it. Still bronze. I did run into a lv 15 swellow that swept my team though. that was fun.

Do all the bronze routes have water in them? Because I'm pretty sure it means you haven't /technically/ caught every single Pokemon on that route.

I was thinking that. It does say "have caught all pokemon" when you tap it though. Only other thing i could think of would be post game stuff like swarms. That or you have to catch them with the sneak ability.

The random free egg move is a fantastic edition that gives the team variety of VoltWhite/BlazeBlack a run for its money. It seems like every player would have a different team even if they caught the same Pokemon.
