They can't be exactly the same good because of the special and psychical changes in gen 3. Maybe decent but not the same. Megas not need to apply.

Snorlax gets Poison Heal and access to Slack Off.
Starmie gets Magic Guard and access to Calm Mind..
Zapdos gets Drizzle and access to Hurricane.

There, all are now top-tier OU.

idk about singles since I don't play fan site metas, but in the official pokemon metagame (VGC) the only pokemon here that are 'bad' is Snorlax/Starmie, and even snorlax won a world championship in the highest age division at the time, in 2008 or 9. Zapdos was one of the best pokemon in the vgc 2014 meta with many high placings including 3rd in masters division worlds. Gengar was on Markus Stadter's undefeated German nationals team. starmie I don't really know about, can't think of anything it could do these days that greninja can't do far better. As far as making them 'OU', lmao fan site metas.

I used it to scout enemy Scizors for BP/Pursuit. The standard set for Scizor was CB and without Protect you had to guess which move it was going to use

your other suggestions are also pretty shit -- simply giving starmie dark pulse or shadow ball will help it with its spinblocker problems and zapdos should get air slash at the very least

Really hoping Starmie can rise a bit before the next gen, it was at around 3.1% I think for OU 1600

Is Poison Heal Snorlax really broken?
It should still have some problems with Fighting-types, and it's not as offensively potent as most other mons.
Also, Zapdos with Drizzle, Thunder and Hurrican would be a pretty strong special rain tank. Give it Roost and Hidden Power Ground for coverage.
