Cause getting a free boost on your stats is better than no boosts at all. Would you rather hit like a girl or get outsped by the stuff your supposed to outsped all because of that shitty neutral nature? Its not worth it at all.

Don't be retarded. On a mon that can't even hold an item to increase it's damage output or hold a scarf, its makes huge difference on it's effectiveness. It needs a nature to move fast or hit as hard as possible.
