Ubers. The only reason Talonflame is in OU is its shitty attack, typing, and bulk.

This Staraptor has BASE 190 ATTACK STAT, tied with Mewtwo X, a superior typing, CLOSE FUCKING COMBAT, and some better bulk.

This will wreck OU, hell it'll wreck Ubers.

I can't load up calcs right now but I'm pretty sure this thing could one or two hit KO anything in ubers

Honestly Reckless is as good as it gets. Double Edge lets it OHKO 100% of Rotom already, no need to change that. Just up the attack, jump physical def by about 30-35 points, 120 speed, and youre done.
