Vigoroth proceeded to one shot one of my four pokes with Retaliate, my Lombre. Then went to town on my starter who was asleep from the last yawn. Azumarill finished off Vigoroth, only to die to the 2nd slaking retaliation.
My Pelipper saved the day by paralysis via Secret Power, who also put it JUST below 50% and Brine's double dmg finished it.
Tough fight when you don't have a full team and are all about the same or a level or two lower than the gym leader's.
