Are you using it?
I'm not, and I found that I'm not catching any new Pokemon. I just got a Magnemite, and it's a pain to grind him up to speed.

It works the other way around too. Use it and your main team gets strong and any new pokemon fall behind. I use to grind the weaker members up while leaving the strong at the pc.

Turned it off as soon as I got it because I'm not a little bitch that needs a handicap in a handicapped game. I also play with Battle mode to Set.
