Gotta have an R4, and you gotta modify their location and what not to get it to say they are from a poke transfer, and all that jazz, but then you can use a legit bw/b2w2 cartridge and import them in.
Sounds odd, but my GBA was stolen, and this lets me get my same mons off my PC saves.
