Can I use this before getting my first badge in ORAS? I can't test it out myself because I only used it during the free trial month.
I wanna start my journey in Sapphire with non-"starter" Pokemon-- like Tynamo, Growlithe, Poliwag, etc.

You have to get your Nav updated by Wally after he gets his Ralts before you can use gamesync for the first time to get the ID for bank. After that if you start a new game you just have to wait until you get the dex after the first rival battle.

I'm farming Shiny Beldums thanks to pokebank.

Why the fuck. Urgh. I hate this tiered crap.

PROTIP: Found it. Make sure to select "needed funds" to add the exact amount, instead of buying $10 worth.
Click purchase > add funds > Add funds with Credit Card > Needed funds.

Clicking "Add funds" at the first menu will not allow you to click Needed Funds.
