Why is Cosplay Pikachu so ridiculously awesome?

>dem outfits
>hidden ability
>3 31 IVs
>ridiculous contest stats in all categories right off the bat
>absolutely annihilates everything in contests

Honestly I'm shocked they didn't say fuck it and give it Volt Tackle too.

I accidentally got rid of quick attack for volt switch. God fucking dammit. Looks like I have to waste my heart scale whenever I feel like advancing to master rank. I usually do 1 per concert hall so that I feel like one of those kawaii coordinators from the anime.
