Alright /vp/, let's say that GF decides to release the BF as a free DLC for ORAS. When do you reckon they would make this available for download? EU ORAS release? Next year?

When was diancie announced? When XY was released in somalia? They just release it somewhere around januari/februari as a DLC package called Delta emerald and including juan as 8th gym leader, BF and all other aspects of emerald as well as some new mega's. Might as well explain the mystery of mega evolution with it and reveal hoopa, amirite?

anon, that is way too good to ever hope for from GF. No, what we'll get in the DLC is the BF, and maybe one megastone to find while exploring the place.

Even then it would be problematic because you can't fight anyone who doesn't have the DLC with that megastone UNLESS they pull a Call of Duty and make it so that players with the DLC can interact with players without it, then they can do whatever they want.

Remeber not able to connect to internet while not patching up in X and Y? So DLC is possible like that. And also free. It is fairly large chance because oras was too rushed and maybe GF thought as last minute removal to add later as DLC

I don't know, but at this point it will take some free DLC for me to even consider a purchase. I am really skeptical of that ever happening though, and even if it did, free DLC is just another way of saying "we rushed this game right out the door"

I was thinking we should do just that. Beg and ask about the Frontier in ORAS as a patch or DLC on Twitter and in Club Nintendo surveys for the game, since they actually do read those and use them for feedback.

If you can, tweet in Japanese too. Just don't use Google Translate, at least use a dictionary. And if Ohmori has a Twitter too tweet him, since he's the director of ORAS.
