Ability: Sand Veil, since it's the Desert Spirit
HP: 80 > 102 (+22)
Attack: 100 > 130 (+30)
Defense: 80 > 5 (+15)
Special Attack: 80 > 80 (+0)
Special Defense: 80 > 85 (+5)
Speed: 100 > 102 (+2)
Give it some new moves like Swords Dance and Stealth Rock and I think it could be viable in OU. What do you think?
