This is the first Pokemon game I've purchased since Gen IV. Honestly, it was really an impulse buy. Convince me I made the right wrong choice.

I bought a DS 2 days ago, and AS is my first Pokemon game since I played ruby a couple years back. I love it so far.

I was surprised at how precise Mach Bike + Joy Stick is.
I spent nearly 2 hours just riding on the bike track trying to get the guy at the end to say that I got good.

It's all personal preference. Magma and Aqua are pretty much the same team except grunts may have a Numel instead of a Carvanha. There are like 15 exclusives and half of them you won't even encounter until postgame. See >>21855636

Just finished the game, and trust me, it's worth it.
It's the only good plot I've ever seen in a pokemon game (besides BW 2 sort of)
And the ending, holy shit.
The ending.
I'd say the only thing wrong with this game is x and y engine and no battle frontier.

Also, as a person who thought Emerald was boring, thought X/Y was cool but a bit shallow, and who loved 5th Gen, what does this game really have to offer?
