Hidden abilities are the problem for me. Also I would like it if they could give us a proper shinify code, without having to change the Trainer ID. It's a simple change in altering the PID, don't know why they're holding out on implementing it correctly when cybergadget and gateway already allows their users to do so. Right now I have a workaround which allows to get an infinite amount of correctly TID/SID shinies, as long as they can be bred. It's called the Time Machine Method of breeding. Look it up if you're interested. It simply involves making a backup of your time machine shiny save state and then restoring that save ad infinitum to breed new shiny mons (also you need pokemon bank or another 3ds with game to preserve the time machine shiny mons when you restore the backup for new shinies)

That method does look really interesting though. I've breed for IVs, even after powersave because I do like it a bit. This method looks like it actually makes it fairly plausible to get Shinies though. I might do it.
Especially considering I could just hack the IVs with powersave. I don't care how legit the mon is, but I think this could be fun.
