>>21864338How you get your bros depends entirely on you, what you value, how you play.
Just to give some personal examples, my bros are Pokémon I either used the shit out of and cleaned house with, or they're ones I struggled with but pulled through.
Swampert is my nigga because I solo'd Sapphire with him first time I played it.
Raichu is my bro because it became the central point of my original
at least the first one I remember Blue team.
Pidgeot became a bro as a kid when I accidentally overleveled it as a Pidgeotto in Yellow to beat Brock because what are even type advantages and I ended up using it over my Pikachu and solo'ing.
Farfetch'd is a sleeper
sis; I always loved its design but it's rare as fuck in the wild usually and one of the weakest fully evolved Pokémon in all the games; I decided to use one in Y when I saw it on the early route, and it was a helluva time getting her to work on my team, but damnit we pulled through and I used her to KO Diantha's Gardevoir. We worked hard to become bros.
And sometimes a Pokémon I previously disliked ends up helping me a lot and becomes a minor bro; I don't care for Lucario much because of its design and recent oversaturation, but I forced myself through some bad ROMhacks and used a Lucario for several of them and we helped each other get through the bad gameplay and shitty plot, and now, despite the problems with Lucario, he's a bro to me.
It's all about your personal journey, anon, your bros are whoever you become attached to for your own reasons.
