>>21870253Mega Sceptile is extremely dangerous. With a Timid nature, it outspeeds almost everything, even some slower scarfers (Jolly/Timid base 80 and lower). It's pretty powerful too. Dragon Pulse and Giga Drain 2HKO almost everything, and Focus Blast deals huge damage to Steel types. Leaf Storm is also really powerful, and can OHKO most fast mons, such as Greninja, Mega Lopunny, Mega Manectric, ect. It puts a lot of pressure on offensive teams because it can sweep with a Lightningrod boost, which makes VoltTurn risky. It forces you to be careful, and a good player will take advantage of this. Put simply, having Mega Sceptile on your team gives you an advantage, and it needs to be accounted for in teambuilding (like Greninja).
Gallade is great too. It has a LOT of power, a good Speed tier, enough bulk on both sides to take a hit if it needs to, and a giant movepool. Swords Dance, Close Combat, Drain Punch, Will-O-Wisp, Taunt, Knock Off, Ice Punch, Leaf Blade (for Mega Slowbro), ect. It's a versatile, unpredictable threat.
Sableye is the new king of Stall. "Sableye stall" is now a team archetype. It's that good. Having a Mega Sableye on your team can render half of your opponent's team useless. Chansey, Skarmory, Ferrothorn, Mew, Mandibuzz, Mega Medicham, Chesnaught, ect. are completely hard countered by it, and struggle to do anything because they give it a free switchin, can't do anything because of Magic Bounce, and become setup bait.
Mega Sableye is just so ridiculously good in a way that's hard to describe simply. It just does so many things so well all at the same time. You can look at it on paper and say "It loses Prankster! It has 50 HP! It's countered by Fairies!" but in practice, it puts in work.
Sceptile, Gallade, and Sableye are all top OU. Glalie though?
It's alright. As an offensive Ice type, it's outclassed by Mamoswine and Weavile, who have better typing, bulk, Speed, secondary STAB. I haven't used it much, but its Double-Edge is powerful.
