Raizoh seems to be Cozmo's first name (it fits the faded-out notes), but what the hell is the context of this dialogue? Is Cozmo family involved in stealing Nuggets?

Additionally, Takao's constant mention of the stars, telescope, interest in Solrock, etc. matches with what Prof. Cozmo's interests are in, don't you think?

Yeah, so looks like Raizoh is indeed Cozmo's father. But it's still strange to me that Cozmo was a child when Sea Mauville was operating.

Anyway, it previously made sense to me that Cozmo would be Raizoh because I thought that he's the guy that the old man in Mauville is talking about. I thought that after learning from his son that his wife has been cheating on him, he decided to abandon his family and now lives with his assistant.

On another note; the two females in Room 2, were they doing what I think they were doing? Their dialogue certainly alludes to something along the lines.
