What about with the right moveset? Something along the lines of bouce, jump kick, ice punch, and maybe swords dance. Pair that with speed and attack EV's and a few baton passes, it seems pretty good.

If it had swords dance it'd probably be A rank OU or something.

A cleaner that only needs two whole moves to clean is god tier. Especially since those other two moves come from lopunnys movepool! Which is fucking enormous!

Anything in it's movepool worth using over what I listed? Didn't really become familiar with lopunny until the later days of x and y, so I don't know what other good combos are out there.

Not really. Mega Lopunny is basically a faster Electivire with more utility moves and stronger STAB moves. You'd really only want it over something else for moves like Encore or Healing wish.
