Compare that to Return, which has 133 base power WITH NO DRAWBACKS. Most moves higher than 100 base power will have a drawback of some sort for balance purposes, such as a stat drop, low accuracy, recoil, ect.
Then you have all of the other Normal type moves, Quick Attack, Body Slam (30% para), Double Hit...
Come to think of it, does anything get -ate Fury Swipes, or something like that?
