run 104 spA not 96, and ice beam isnt necessary if you run fblast they hit the same things in PU.
Zen is also kinda bad but it's a nice 4th move slot if you have troubles w/ throh.

i think he meant shitty defensive typing, starmie is a more defensive spinner w/ scald. If people want an offensive spinner/defogger they go for drill or lati@s.

If you need good hazard control misdreavus is probably a great choice, make sure you put 8 speed on it though. To beat jolly golem.
