Gen 4 was really good though.
DPPt had God tier music, groundbreaking graphics for their time, interesting lore, and interesting cities and locations.
not to mention Cynthia who's a really iconic pokemon character (the Rosalina of pokemon)
a brand new Battle Frontier
HGSS were also really good, with great music remixes of the original.
