Daily reminder that this thing has two unblockble STAB moves that it can use on the same set if it feels like it. It also has Nasty Plot and Substitute. And can carry a item. Shame it dies to U-Turn.
I fucking wish KyuB had the equivalent of this thing's movepool.

No, it learns it at level 85 in unbound form. Or just take him to the move relearner in unbound form. He can have both signature moves at once.

Hoopa has two forms, his normal form and "Unbound". You need an item called the Prison Bottle to change him to Unbound form. Regular is Psychic/Ghost, Unbound is Psychic/Dark.

Hoopa-C has ghost typing with is extremely helpful for switching into fighting/normal moves and the cost of lower offensives and slightly lower speed but same defense. But you get raped by ghosts.

Hoopa-U on the otherhand has has more offense but shitty typing so have fun with landourous, smogonbird, scizor, u-turn shenanigans. Also fairies. Also shit speed tier and frail. Also tyranitar(darude).
