Pokémon Endo and Pokémon Exo
In Pokémon Exo, Team Heat (as in the verb, not the noun) wants to power up the ice type legendary that lays at the center of the region by heating up the rest of the region by expelling the energy in the legendary's lair, creating an incredibly low temperature around it. Its signature move, Exoboost, is a 90 Base Power Fire type attack that has a 20% chance of raising all stats (like ancient power).
In Pokémon Endo, Team Chill wants to power up the fire type legendary in the center of the region by freezing the entire region by having the legendary absorb all of the heat. Its signature move, Endoboost, is the same as Exoboost, only Ice type.
In the third version, Pokémon Equilibrium (or just Pokémon Thermal), the two teams start out as rivals, each neutralizing each other's plans, until they realize they can just have the two legendaries power each other up, so they start working together, with the final battle against the team bosses being a double battle against both legendaries.
