>Some time after this, Korrina's ancestor finds a mega stone for his Lucario
>A thousand years after the war, another meteor falls and creates Sootopolis
>Due to the impact, a great source of Infinity Energy emerges, and Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon awake once again
>The draconids wish for Rayquaza's help, and thanks to the meteor in Sootopolis, not only Rayquayquay descends, but it also mega evolves
>Rayquaza then drains Infinity Energy from the Primal pokemon, turning them into regular Groudon and Kyogre
>The three pokemon go to their respective places and the weather wars in Hoenn come to an end
