The camera turns automatically, so you don't have to press another button. Just hold left/right like a fucking queer and the game will do the rest for you. It's that fucking simple.

Yes, the camera turns. The player character doesn't however, it's really dumb. Not sure why people post in these threads saying that this is 'infinite' - it's only marginally better than the XY daycare route.
