Do you really want to hse them umin OU and Battle Spot?
If you really want to then go for Jolly Beedrill to outspeed Modest Sceptile but even if you run an Adamnt one don't expect huge damage from its non stab low base power coverage moves.

Pidgeot is better Timid to outspeed common Timid and Jolly or other + speed natures of the most used mons.
Regardless a Modest Pidgeot doesn't really add that significative impact to its damage.

Adamant 145 base speed can't go faster than +speed base 130s.

Think about how important beating stuff like Aerodactyl, Crobat, M-Gengar, M-Sceptile, M-Lopunny and Jolteon is to you.

If those aren't an issue, run Adamant. If you think you'll run into those, Jolly with investment for whatever you're most scared of.

Adamant Beedrill is around the same speed as positive nature base 127 iirc. So you're slower than the likes of Mega Manectric, Lopunny, Mega Gyarados at +1 etc. I'd go with Jolly personally, but the choice is yours if you don't care about being outsped by a few important things.

Don't even consider Modest on Pidgeot. Use Timid.
