The eyes, the beak, the scarf, the white color which is way too present for it to actually look like a crow, AND the fedora. And no, it's not cus of the meme. It's because I associate that hat with a bunch of really annoying beta boys I've met through the years, who felt really fucking fancy pairing that old hat, (which, often was a size too small for their heads) with supermarket sneakers, washed out jeans and t-shirts with dumb references on them.
