You're not alone OP I am seriously impressed with how well they pulled this off, in my personal opinion I think ORAS is in the same tier as HGSS.

I have barely 23 hours played and I've done EVERYTHING except catch em all, I just unlocked Super Single Battles and Super Double Battles at the Battle Frontier.

They are faithful remakes to the core plus new stuff, and all of you little shits whining about no BF are idiots because the original R/S didn't have BF either.

I agree with you though, I'm enjoying myself. So it's not Emerald. So we don't get Match Call. I'll be alright. I'm honestly still surprised we have Hoenn remakes.

RG? GS? Yeah. Necessary remakes, because Ruby and Sapphire fucked us over with the IV overhaul and made it impossible to trade from Kanto and Hoenn. But these are pretty much fanservice.

Good fanservice though. With the day/night cycle it's already better than the originals.
