I got Alpha Sapphire, because I always get the "Blue" type versions. Blue, Silver, Sapphire, LeafGreen, Diamond, SoulSilver, White, White 2, X, Alpha Sapphire.

The fact that we're working alongside Team Resting Bitchface sort of bothers me though. I just got through the encounter with Shelly and Maxie in Meteor Falls and I feel like Archie would have not been so pissy about the fact that I just beat his enemies in a battle.

I got AS, but it was a tough call. I prefer almost all of the AS legendaries, and Sableye is one of my favorite mons- but mawile and zangoose are two more of my favorites.
Really it came down to feeling uncomfortable with the idea of playing the red version- just put a bad taste in my mouth for some reason. I think I probably thought back to R/B/Y when the red version looked all red in game.

Omega Ruby. These are the reasons (just personal opinion, stop shitposting):

- Exclusives
- Prefer Groudon than Kyogre
- Team Magma has a better design than Team Aqua, so I want to kick their butts
- Prefer a mad scientist than a gay pirate as villain. I think Archie looked good as a Mafia-boss.

I had Sapphire when I was a kid because I like blue better than red. I will only miss Sableye, but Ruby has Mawile, who is my favorite poké today.

I'm getting α sapphire because it has Latias and Kyogre which are my two favorite legendaries. If it wasn't for that I would probably been more interested in Ω Ruby because of team magma, Seedot and Skrelp.

I had all the versions of Gen 3 so I have no nostalgic bias, I just preffer Kyorge to Groundon(And I already have one from Soul Silver).Plus I enjoyed the momentary perma-rain more than the drought.

I only didn't say "blue colors" because of Black and White's insistence in being different. It would be difficult to go into my justification for picking White instead of Black in that case.

It's because white reminds me of water foam, water which I link to blue and green as well.

Maybe my receipt which doesn't define the game I chose will let me change my mind when I go down there. I'm in a fairly small town so I doubt there will be huge demands.

Shit they're letting you order both games and only take one on the day so you can get BOTH the steelbook and shitty figure anyways.

I like Magma more as a story focus, but the drought and shit just suck. My OR m8 can get me a seedot anyway.

I got OR. I have Sapphire and Emerald. I actually preordered AS for nostalgia, but changed my mind a few days before release. I like the version exclusives of OR better and Team Magma seems like such a better evil team. They're well put together. Team Aqua grunts walk all hunched over and they just seem sloppy, but I do prefer Archie to Maxie. Honestly, I had a really hard time deciding. Just kinda went with my gut. I plan on getting AS in a few months, though.
