I'd prefer frontier.

I can always breed for egg moves and ivs, although the Dexnav is a nice touch.

Yes.

The only piratical use of DexNav is getting items easily like Life Orb and Cell Battery and Expert Belts, etc and Adapability Skrelp.

Having neat shit like Leaf Storm Roselia before the 3rd gym is nice an all, but when I go to the Masion/Battle Spot I'm still going to breed for 5 IVs and Egg Moves.

These games need a lot more polish than Gamefreak's been giving them recently. ORAS/XY were missing a lot of the charm that I loved in earlier games.

you can look for pokemon in the grass directly if you've caught them at least once, sometimes they'll have an egg move(just one), HA, or perfect IVs(up to three)

As in, nothing anyone who's bred for more than an hour in XY can't already get

You can use it right after you get your starter
