Do you ever keep mons you played through the story with for online? I know I should be properly breeding and getting ivs and all that, but Metagross and I have been through a shit ton together.

well, this is why I try to get good IVs and a perfect nature before I raise it in story mode. I always end up wanting to use my in-game team competitively

yah, thanks the the miracle that is powersaves your story bros can be brought mostly up to snuff for online. (may have to deal with out stuff like egg moves and hidden abilities though)

I used a metagross with hyperbeam because of that op pic and ended up doing pretty well with it online, people were not expecting it most of the time.
