It would probably shoot back up to OU, you can slap Fairy onto any type and it instantly jumps a tier, and with 90/115/130 bulk with Rain boosted STAB Scalds and such it would be pretty good.

Switch in on something that Zoroark wont take a hit from directly. Go mega, grab their ability, go to town. Illusion is pretty stupid since youre going Mega. Drop the charade, and use the illusion powers to mask the ability. Protean would probably make a bit more sense, though.

The thing is that one of Weezing's best features is only having a single weakness. The fire typing gives him some resistances, but also adds some weaknesses onto the pile.

The resists greatly outweigh the weaknesses.

Look at heatran and then take the 4x ground weakness away. Fire/Poison is great defensive typing, stop perpetuating /vp/ being shit at competitive.

Actually, tortoises have a lot of fat stored in them due to their slow-movements (and slow metabolism). Should one be unable to find food, they have lots of fat stored up until they can eat next.

Flash Fire, we all know, typically goes to Fire types but the point is to give it a tanks design, the point being its steel is so durable it can withstand extreme heat.

Would make an ulterior Defensive Rapid Spinner over Excadrill. Excadrill has Mold Breaker and the ability to hold an Air Balloon, whereas M-Donphan would be immune to burns and Fire attacks, twice as bulky, with just a little less Att than Excadrill. Another niche it has is being another perfect Talonflame counter, and Ice Shard.

A lot of Pokemon can be like this. Torterra's already got good physical strength though, so why would it not invest more into that than its lackluster Special Attack?

It can use the extra Special Attack, sure, but 135 is still pretty dangerous.
