You can only get the Prison Bottle to transform Hoopa in ORAS. That event only triggers with Hoopa in your party. Can't actually get Hoopa officially yet.

after capturing all of the mirage spot legendaries, one last ring shows up at mt. pyre's peak, containing hoopa-u
it reverts to its regular form after you capture it though, the item used to change its form is found in petalburg's pokemart

That fucking dog. Better have Spore: the dumbfucks at Game Freak made the Electric-types immune to paralysis, because apparently Legendary Pokémon were too easy to catch, and so Sleep is the best chance you have.

Suicune's my favourite pokemon of all time.
I have one from HeartGold, first pokemon I ever EV'd, but I'm pretty sure it's not worth using anymore since you can get them from Mirage Spots now.

Oh well, at least I'll still use it for contests and training mons and such.

In case you're curious, i believe you can get all 3 from Mirage spots if you have both Ho-oh and Lugia in your party. Also, unlike HGSS, it can be any old Ho-oh or lugia. No version specific pokemon like the Hoenn Legendaries were in that one. Serebii may know more.

Well, in terms of stats, Mega Rayquaza takes the lead, 80 higher than Mewtwo XY.
And i'm talking from a competitive standpoint. Give Regigigas a primal, removing Slowstart and guess what everyone starts using, becoming unstoppable demons in the process.

That does pose the question of how it would work. Would it work like Rayquaza's Mega, not needing items? Would every Plate become the equivalent of an Orb? Would a second set of items related to the Plates become available, a Plate to turn Arceus to the type without Primal Reversion while the corresponding item of the second set both changes Arceus' type and causes It to undergo Primal Reversion? Or would Primal Reversion only be available for Normal-type Arceus?
