Is it possible that the Cosplay Pikachu you receive in ORAS isn't shiny locked? I've heard people SR'ing for a good nature, but not for a shiny one. Thoughts?

If you were to breed it, you'd most likely just get a normal pikachu. Clothes aren't genetic.
