>>21897059>Water/Steel>not Water/ElectricDo you even Digimon?
Zudo.mon
Water/Electric
Shell Armor/Sniper HA:Lightning Rod
100/135/120/75/70/65 (BST: 565)
-Mjollnir*
-Icicle Spear/Ice Shard
-Waterfall
-Sheer Cold/Horn Drill
Unique move (it's Digimon, afterall):
*Mjollnir: Electric/Physical
100 base power, 100 acc, 10 pp, contact, no secondary effect.
Yes, Zudo.mon gets Vulcan's Hammer while Vike.mon gets Mjollnir, but Pokemon tends to not have a unique move per evolution, so since it's the same hammer, best to keep it as the thematic Mjollnir.
Sheer Cold/Waterfall/Ice moves due to Aquatic type (no Ice separation in Digimon). Ice is generally more thematic fit than simply Water, but Water is more true to its typing in Digimon games.

A more balanced approach, while keeping your theme would be:
MetalGaruru.mon
Ice/Steel
Scent Lock* HA: Mega Launcher
70/85/100/130/70/115 (BST: 570)
-Ice Beam
-Flash Cannon
-Sheer Cold
-Aurasphere
*Scent Lock is basically a name shifted Compound Eyes. Ideally boosts Sheer Cold to 30x1.3 = 39% accuracy for a unique and fairly balanced boost.
Mega Launcher is basically the only way to shift over its heavy missile based play into Pokemon, while balanced with its stats by having no STAB move to abuse it with.
Sheer Cold is basically Cocytus Breath (weirdly translated to 'Metal Wolf Claw' in English in a few games), its signature move in many games that is based off the power of absolute zero freezing.
