Alternate costumes change the generation and gender, final smash is still triple finish, but actually good. And I'm counting this as one character.

Alternate costume Shiny, final smash is Raichu, which makes him slightly more powerful and quick with every move until he gets KO'd.

Alternate costume Shiny, final smash is Wigglytuff, which makes her slightly more powerful and quick with every move until she gets KO'd.
>Scizor
Alternate costume shiny, final smash is Mega Evolution, this lasts for seven seconds or so.
>Mewtwo
Alternate costume shiny, final smash is Mega Evolution X/Y and Down B to switch between them, this lasts for seven seconds or so.
>Deoxys
Alternate costume shiny, down B switches between forms which have pretty obvious differences (Speed is faster, Defense is harder to KO and takes less damage, Attack has a higher damage ratio) and all are weaker in the other 2 with normal being the balanced form. Final smash is Psycho Boost, which fires a purple ball around the stage (controlled by the joystick) that bounces back to the center (Where Deoxys is) after it hits something.

Alternate costume shiny, final smash is Mega Evolution, same as in Smash Bros 4.
>Zoroark
Alternate costume shiny, final smash is transforming into another fighter on the stage for twenty seconds.
