I have a few questions:

Let's say I want to modify my lvl 70 latios, and change his IV's with a powersave to 31, ¿Will it still get its maximum stats at lvl 100?

Also, if I decide to KO groudon, then defeat the elite 4, and catch him afterwards... does the pokemon get "Re-rolled"? I mean, will I still be able to use a synchronize mon to change his nature? can he still appear as a shiny?

With the eon ticket event... how advanced do I have to be in the game's story? do I need to beat the delta episode before being able to get my eon ticket?

Yes, the new Pokémon start appearing after the Groudon/Kyogre storyline so you can encounter them before ever getting your dex upgraded. When it goes to show its dex entry, it just has an error-like message instead. Happened to me with Pidove.

So i beat deoyxs and caught him, at the battle tower now and about to move everything from x/y to ruby. but would that be smart? is it easier to grind pokemon in ruby? the greatest thing i could find was the lv 60 restaurant, is there better and higher lv trainnersin ruby? grind in x/y was awful because lol only lv 60 trainers. Yes, go to the secret base general and ask for the lvl 100 blissey bases qr codes.

Basically, there are people whose secret bases consist of only lvl 100 blisseys which only know Healing wish. So, lucky egg + lvl 100 blisseys + lvl 3 experience o-power + exp share = the biggest experience farm ever.
