Eon Ticket is making it's rounds for both Japanese and NA players.
To be able to receive this ticket, you need streetpass someone who has it, easily done from the comfort of your own bed with homepass.
First of all, you need the BuzzNav to activate streetpass, you get it from Mr. Stone after getting the Devon Parts back.
Now that you have that all done, you can set up homepass:

If after streetpassing a few MAC addresses you still haven't gotten the ticket, deactivate streetpass for all titles but ORAS. You can reactivate them later.
