Yeah it should be up to date because I just banked a bunch of stuff up from my Y version. I kept killing reshiram in the cave and when I reseted for the next round I heard the sparkle.

I dont think anyone is going to even TRY to see if its shiny locked or not, maybe if you kill it when you first encounter it and go to it at sky pillar, but otherwise you have to catch a legendary, fight a trainer, watch a cutscene, and then fight deoxys with no save point in between

If you're SRing for a shiny, you'll SR without attempting the catch anyway.
If you're SRing for a nature, you should have bought a Synchronise mon with you.

I love that they put the catch rates down again, based GF.

One question I have for SRing Groudon/Kyogre.

If I kill them in their Primal state, when I beat Elite 4 to respawn them, will they still have their respective stone on them or not?

I don't want to miss out on getting a Blue/Red orb because I don't know if I'll ever get one again.

yeah, im aware of this, but I am always paranoid that they wont be there when I beat the E4 again, so always catch stuff on the first attempt. Im just lucky the very first groudon I caught was adamant HP/ATK/DEF, that thing OHKO'd and outsped my entire team, and the only way I managed to beat it was by throwing ultra balls at it while it had full health, letting it OHKO my party, and then SRing and trying again until it worked

yeah but I don't like how I have to battle zinna (win or lose) and then cutscene and then run away from deoxys before i can even see the nature of rayquaza since online IV checkers can only help so much without knowing the nature

I got myself an adamant Rayquaza with 28+ in everything except SpA and Def, it's pretty easy to figure out the nature by looking at its stats.

Just go to psypokes or something and input all the stats and tell it 'neutral nature'; then if it says any of the stats are outside the possible range then you can figure out the nature from that.
