I've also been using nuzleaf, and with growth shenanigans it's really fun. I can't fucking wait for sunny day and solar beam (it has chlorophyll).
Slugma has actually been pretty decent, much better than I remember from the one time trying to use one way long ago in my first nuzlocke. I EV'd it in speed and fully plan on running shell smash
My other two slots (other than my starter) are flygon, which I already know is great, and duskull. We'll see how that turns out.
