>>21920199The way I see it is the way a pokemon is spawned in the a pokemon game can only count if its spawned in a way the game naturally allows. Because thats respecting and accepting the set laws of the game reality that you're choosing to play your game in. When you introduce a powersave or pokegen to a pokemon game you are "breaking physics" in that games natural laws and creating something that the rules of that universe are not designed to allow on their own.
So theres no way it can be "legit" or "real" if the game can't actually make it naturally.
AR/Pokegen/Powersave is completely against the spirit of the game because If you get to the point where you're doing this you've broken away from really enjoying and appreciating pokemon because you're seeing them as nothing but data you have to mine out of your game because the game has become work to you instead of fun.
