The only way to measure a Pokemons worth is to have it fight 1 on 1 (or 2 on 2) with pure attacks, no stalling or sleep/para/confusion faggotry.
What is more fun, watching two guys fight with bare knuckles until one feints, or watch two men wrap and constrict each other like little faggots until one taps out?
