i have all 649 pokemon on my black version and i want them on my omega ruby. how do i go about doing this? poke transport only does X and Y, and alpha sapphire and omega ruby.

Gotta use the Bank. Use Poke Transporter to take them from Black to the Bank, then just move them over to OR.
